Pretty Girl Manila is fully committed to our customer's satisfaction. We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. However, we understand that if you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we want to make the return as painless as possible.
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 14 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Only items purchased on prettygirlmanila.com and from our authorized retailers will be accepted. If your items were purchased online, please contact us directly to arrange for a return. Items purchased in our website cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers.
We usually require 20% downpayment for preorders. If you want to cancel your preorder once the item arrives, we will cancel it for you but please take note that the downpayment made is nonrefundable and will be used as a restocking fee.
Our items come from the US and these items are paid for in full for you. We have paid international shipping fees and customs fees to get your product to you. The 20% downpayment will be used to cover these fees and are nonrefundable.
PREORDER ITEM EXCHANGES
If you have already made a preorder and you would like to change your item, please send us a message. As long as the cutoff has not passed and the order has not been made to the brands themselves, we will be able to change your order.
Once the cutoff time has passed, all preorders are final. If you still want to change your item, please message us. Please take note that some brands charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
